Working with US Geological Survey Earthquake Data

I wondered about a solution for working with column/row data in CSV format. Many a time I have built up a spreadsheet of information only to find it would be more useful in some cases to invert that information in a different format. Certainly, tools do exist in this regard but sometimes you find access to such tools lacking. In a new article on my projects blog, I look at Pivoting US Geological Survey Earthquake Data using C++. The result was more than I could wish for and now another template, probably among dozens, exist for durably tweaking the representation of information.
